Review on 🎧 ASTRO Gaming Astro Call of Duty A20 Wireless Headset for PlayStation 4/PC by Russ Mashlan

Bought January 2nd, arrived next day, now January 18th and it no longer works. The headset won't turn on and the wireless adapter keeps trying to pair. I'm so sad about this. These were probably the best wireless headsets out there. It's easy to switch between PC and PS4 (although there's no connector for both, you have to physically plug a USB connector from one to the other). Amazing sound, great bass, treble, vocals sounded great setup 3). Super comfortable and lightweight, probably the most comfortable of all wireless headsets. The mic quality was excellent and clear, everyone said I sounded very clear and that I had headphones with supposedly better mics. I don't know if I should give him another chance because he's so good. I'm so frustrated that they just don't work anymore. I've been looking for wireless headsets and finally thought I'd found them, but that's unacceptable. NONE of the other wireless headsets had this problem. I want to give it 5 stars and I would if not, but I don't think it deserves 1 because it's that good. I'm just really mad that this happened. I might try the no-debt call option, but I don't know if I should just go back to G933. EDIT: I found turning it off and not being able to turn it back on was an easy bug to fix. You just have to reset them hard. Hold down the play button and preset button (the one below the power button) for a while and it will reset and go back to normal! YES, you don't have to send back and receive a defective headset. I also forgot to mention the software for this headset as it is very easy to use and understand. Exactly what you expect from software. I'm so glad I can turn off the side sound, I don't like hearing myself when I'm talking. I'm annoyed that this problem has happened, but if it happens again I can easily fix it and all the benefits of the headset make it worth it and worth the 5 star rating. Much better than any other wireless gaming headset I've tried (G933, Arctis 9, BOTH Lucidsound headsets, PLYR 1 and as far as I can tell the mic is way better than the Astro A50 and considering that it's lighter, they're probably more comfortable too)
