Review on Protection Keyboard Predator PH315 52 78VL Protector by Sean Burnett

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Product fits Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 but extremely difficult to fit

Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop AN515-43/44/54/55 AN517-51/52 AN715-51/52 and MUBUY-GOL 2020. (Revain mixes reviews too often for us and it's very annoying. Why can't they save reviews with the actual product you bought? So I recommend always listing the *exact* product you're considering, as I see here.) This screen protector works on my 2020 Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 laptop, but with a warning: there is no room for error when applying it. This is definitely one of the most boring and difficult tasks imaginable. I'll say right away that I have no idea if the "blue light filter" actually works. I just wanted something to protect my screen from damage. This screen protector fits within 1mm on all sides, so it's extremely difficult to apply without dusting somewhere. I bought two of these (18 x $2) and none fit the way I wanted after several tries. My biggest warning, as shown in the attached screenshot, is that if you fold back the corner (even very gently) to try to remove dust, or just flatten the corner to make it fit properly (which you'll probably have to do) . Protector is not allowed to lie down and *stay* after this moment. I've done my best to avoid dust in this process, but remember that time is your enemy when it comes to applying any of these. Every second you spend, whether it's trying to remove a speck of dust that's swept all over your house just to sabotage your efforts, or needing to readjust this thing because it's bumped to the edge with nanometer precision fits. . . Every second is your enemy, because the dust will definitely find its way somewhere. As I said, I bought two of these ($18 x 2) and none have satisfied me in terms of smooth application. To be fair, if a product could be supernaturally applied by a robot with laser precision, I would not speak positively about it until it was applied successfully and safely; but the problem is getting to that point. I ended up throwing them both away and finally bought "2PC 15.6 in Blue Light Anti-Light Laptop Screen Protector Anti-Glare Eye Protection Filter Film Blue Light Blocking Screen Protector for 15.6" 16:9 ANTOGOO. There are 2 screen protectors included in the box, so it's a good deal right off the bat (although this product I'm reviewing does include a keyboard case (I'll get to that in a moment), so if your priority is a screen protector, I recommend ANTOGOO instead, which I have just installed ANTOGOO and honestly can't tell if the product is different or not I'll almost certainly be replacing one with ten more speck of dust while you try to figure it out or the product may have an advantage I don't know but in my opinion it would be nice to get 2 screen protectors instead of 1. Finally, as for the keyboard protector, it's an idea Fits perfectly on my Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 However if you think this thing will keep your keyboard from spills Protects liquids then it almost certainly isn't, this is because it only rests on top of the keyboard but without any stop. If you sneeze hard, it will literally be blown off the keyboard. Sometimes I blow on the screen to remove accumulated dust (yes, I really don't like dust) and the keyboard's protective film flies off immediately. So don't think it will prevent more than a few water molecules from falling straight on him. If you knocked over a cup of water, the water would blow the thing away instantly.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Not as good as it says
