I suffered from severe headache and neck pain every time I woke up. This happened over several weeks. As I went to bed, I felt pressure on the back of my head. I have tried various regular pillows and they have worked for a while. But I tend to sleep on my side because my neck and head start to hurt. Sleeping on my side eased the pain a bit, but I'm sure it didn't help because I still didn't have proper support for my neck and shoulder, which sometimes resulted in shoulder pain. I've tried this pillow for 2 days so far. In just 2 days I noticed a HUGE difference. I slept better. I didn't move too much and tried to adjust to ease the pain. I don't feel such pressure in the neck and the back of my head. I hope this continues. It's not bad and it keeps its shape.
