Great quality, adds glamor to my wedding dress. I asked my seamstress to sew the applique directly onto the dress. She added a zipper at both ends of the applique so it was a seamless rhinestone band around my dress that I could fasten after I fastened it. I suppose you could iron/sew it onto the ribbon and use it as a belt, but thought it would look more professional and cleaner if sewn directly onto the dress. Also, the rhinestone frames are a bit sharp and caught a bit on my tip. Rhinestones sewn directly onto the dress helped to avoid snagging.
