Cases look exactly like the photo. Works well, zippers work but a bit tight. There was an unknown substance on one of the plastic hooks which I wiped off with a rag. It looked like rust, I don't know what it was. The biggest problem for me was the smell of these things. It was terrible. They smelled like they'd been stored in a foul smoker's basement and bathed in chemicals for hundreds of years. The smell is hard to describe, but what comes to mind is disgusting. I hung them outside for a while but it didn't help. I keep my sunglasses in these microfiber pouches and if I put them in these pouches they would probably absorb that horrible smell. Unfortunately I returned them. The price wasn't worth the smell deal.
