Edit 08/19/20: It took a while but they issued a full replacement for my problem without charging me or voiding my warranty. I give them one star for that. These headphones sound very good, they are very light and portable. But they are not durable. I took care of her and treated her tenderly for 7 months. One earbud gave me a lot less volume than the other. When I removed the cable to check the connector, it broke right at the connector. I've never had headphones that break so easily, especially at this price point.
