My eyesight isn't bad enough to warrant a real prescription, so basic readers are great for me. But there's something about them that makes them really difficult to wear. The larger frame is understandably heavier, so not very comfortable for everyday use. But the lenses really bother me. I'm somewhat farsighted and have never had a problem with my vision adjusting quickly after removing the readers. After only a few hours with them I wasn't able to set up/refocus as usual. My normal vision was more than a little blurry for an hour or more. A little creepy. I may keep a few just in case, but going forward I will only stock readers from better known and trusted brands.
