I was looking for a hat with a wider brim to provide shade to my chest and shoulders when I'm out in the sun. I purchased the Dark Grey color and it was in a plastic bag delivered in a non-padded, white, plastic reusable envelope/bag, and folded up in quarters. Taking it out of the plastic bag I was disappointed to see additional creases in the brim besides the built-in fold. The brim didn't look as nice as the Seller's photos but I took my regular iron, put a towel over the hat and used the steam function at a medium setting to get the creases/wrinkles out.As you can see in my before/after photos, I was able to get the brim/hat looking as nice as the product photo. Fit was nice fit too: stayed firmly on my head, not tight with a smidge of wiggle room! For reference, my head circumference is 23-inches. Hope this helps!
