I bought this to switch HDMI signals on my office TV between two PCs in the office and a PS3 in another room. The PS3 is in the living room with a 25ft HDMI cable in the office. There is a two way HDMI at the end of the cable in the living room to switch between my living room TV and the PS3 office TV. The cable length from PS3 to HDMI two-way switch is 3 feet. The cable from the UGREEN HDMI Switch to the office TV was 3 feet long. Thus, the total length of HDMI 2.0 cables is 31 feet. I have a USB powered device that I know will work on the back of an office TV (although it seems to work between unpowered PCs). The PS3 will work seamlessly with any HDMI port on your office TV WITHOUT a UGREEN HDMI switch. When I add this HDMI switch, do I get a message that the signal is not supported? I've tried all 3 ports and was able to try different cables between the office TV and the UGREEN switch, but can't test the 25ft cable. The instructions state that the HDMI cable cannot be longer than 15 meters (49.21 feet) with an HDMI version 1.4 cable. . I have HDMI version 2.0 cables and my total mileage is shorter. I just couldn't get it to work properly. I really like the design of the devices, all connections are on the back and the switch is on the top front. Provides a clean install on my desktop. I still use it for 2 PCs but I'm frustrated that I can't switch between 3 of my devices.
