Garbage. That's the word that describes it. While it has a ton of accessories and features, and looks good in the specs, it's rubbish. The digital zoom isn't a big deal and the image quality is terrible. The IR function is good for grainy images around 3ft. On a clear, sunny day, image quality is mediocre at best. I sent mine back and bought a Sony HDR-CX240 from Revain for less than $100. Sony is amazing. It's great at everything. Check it out on You Tube and you'll see what I mean!
