Terrible product. I looked at an online review of this product that claimed it could support 32 inch screens up to 19.8 pounds each. I ordered this product and when I received it I assembled it and installed my 32 inch LED screens and immediately one of the arms lost balance because it couldn't support the weight and scratched one of the screens as in Picture I Sent Shown. . We fully tightened the set screws that are meant to tighten the levers to prevent this from happening as they are now bent and cross-threaded in the levers themselves. I didn't cross these threads, they came preinstalled in the arms when I took them out of the box so I didn't get a chance to cross their threads and they tightened perfectly when I assembled them according to the instructions that came with the monitor arms. I am returning this and requesting a full refund and I would like to seek help from my now damaged very expensive monitor less than a year old. Shame on you, Eletab. This product is garbage. You should be ashamed of yourself.
