My girlfriend is a nurse and starts work VERY early and I need to keep TV noise to a minimum, so much that I could hardly hear him. I bought a set of wireless headphones to plug into my tv/cable box which would allow me to see and hear them without disturbing them. I had another brand for a couple of years and they were fine until they finally fell apart. This item has MUCH better sound quality than my old ones, the stereo works great. The volume is very easy to adjust, as is the headset and ear pads. My last set had AAA batteries that fit in the headphones but these didn't. I like that these headphones do not require batteries and are charged at the base after use. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the headphones "just like that" need to be placed on the base to charge, there is a little trick to that. I've used them 6-7 times since I received them and so far no complaints and I'm very happy with the product.
