The part where you adjust the circumference of the cap with the string part. BROKEN, hit me right in the face. Basically I got whipped for trying to put a hat on and my head isn't even that big so I know it wasn't me. If it's an adjustable cap, why would it rip on me before I even get in the shower to use it?
