When I saw Jessica Simpson Girls' oversized skirt in boho chic dusty rose, I knew my oldest daughter would love it. However, after she received and tried on the skirt, I have mixed feelings. Let's start with the positive aspects first. The color is beautiful and on trend for the season. The style is also versatile and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. The light material ensures a comfortable fit, while the elastic waistband ensures a perfect fit for different sizes. Now for the negatives. My daughter found the length too long and despite being the recommended size, the skirt fits her very loosely, almost like it's too big. Also, the fabric is quite thin and barely covers her eyes, meaning she has to wear shorts or leggings underneath. All in all, while Jessica Simpson's oversized skirt for girls is a beautiful piece with potential, the size and lack of coverage make it difficult to recommend. Are there better options? Yes. Would I choose this skirt again? Probably no. Three stars.
