I don't think there's anything I don't like about this backpack. It's strong and roomy. I've been using it every day since it was delivered. It sits very comfortably on my shoulders and back. I carry a 10-inch notebook, a thick spring-loaded notebook, a textbook, an umbrella, a water bottle, a pencil case, a towel, snacks, a smartphone, a file folder and other small items. I average about 7000-9000 steps every day with this backpack on my back, but I have no back pain. I love this backpack. My only wish? I wish it was purple too!
