Terrible dishonest
Does not fit size 4 baby feet. It is better to buy with a hole on the side and Velcro. Worst of all, they sent me a used/returned item (see photo); I bought them on October 19th and in the bag along with the booties was a February 19th return card. If I pay full price, I expect a brand new item. I ended up buying a cheaper pair from Carter's. do the same ;)
