I was very loyal to Logitech products and always tried to consider them first as peripheral devices, but now I don’t even know. Before that, I had the classic MX518, whose wheel started to malfunction only at the 13th year of operation, I was incredibly happy to learn that it was re-released and now I have a new version with the sensitivity reduction button that stopped working in less than a month. I wasn't too worried about solving the problem, it was just a matter of time. What bothered me more was the time it took for the mouse to fail because my original MX518 had been working for me since 2022. There are no questions to support, they answered quickly and sent banal recommendations that did not help. As a result, the mouse was replaced under warranty in the store, after 13 years I will change the assessment if everything is ok.
