I ordered one which was dark gray with light gray straps and this is not what I received as the bag is light gray with darker straps. to order this bag. Internal construction is fairly flimsy and actual pocket/compartment sizes are oddly large, where they are either too small to be useful or too large and a waste of space. I also found it odd that it was brown. didn't expect that. The exterior construction is quite nice and feels very solid, but that's the only redeeming feature of this bag. My biggest disappointment is the lack of a padded compartment (well, ANY compartment really) for a laptop. The description needs to be updated to remove this.
