Better than expected. Delivery was reasonable if not suitable. Love the material, washable/water resistant (yet). So many places! This would be a good school backpack for all the books they carry! Sometimes I have to travel, so I need something that also fits my laptop. What bothered me the most was the dining area. Actually a lot of space. I used an iron to give an example of the size and I also measured it. I compared it to the lowest outlet on the floor. I did a lot of research on quality and price. I am very impressed and would order again. I originally bought this as my all/everywhere bag as well. I always carry snacks with me (I have food allergies), medication and just a lot of other things that I like to take in the car when I go somewhere. It also fits multiple pairs of clothes and shoes if you need it. The only thing that could be improved is when I charge my phone charger in my pocket I can't tell when it's fully charged. This is a very minor flaw that doesn't bother me about the overall quality of the bag.
