The helmet is very light, flat, looks solid and is well made. Its design allows good air circulation, making it comfortable and cool to wear. I have a 22.5" head so I bought a large one and it fits perfectly. To tighten it slightly forward and back I turn the adjustment knob a maximum of 3 or 4 clicks. If your head circumference is even over 23" or more I would buy an XL helmet from this brand.I study everything for a few days before buying this type of product.This helmet is designed to take multiple hits and still provide adequate protection.I use it as a crash helmet , so I don't expect heavy impacts, but I need this protection just in case and I want my helmet to stay in place on multiple hits and withstood that punishment.Helmets you can spend a lot more or a little less money and something comparable get. From all the research I've done, even $50 helmets don't exceed the protective capabilities of this product. If you spend less, you get what you pay for. Because a not righti g a fitting helmet can be just as bad as not having one. That's why I only buy helmets that fit properly and can be adjusted spontaneously. Buy!
