Exactly as written it's

I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas but had to try it on when it arrived! Very cute broom skirt. It is true to size. If it didn't have two layers that you could flip it would be pretty see-through so it's definitely a summer skirt unless you live in an abnormal climate like us. I'm 5ft 1in and it touches the ground when I wear it around my real waist. If you want to wear it as a black skirt you will need to remove the waist tags but that is a very easy task as it is two skirts in one.
