Memory is NOT incorrectly advertised
Purchased for my client. This is an elderly couple who just need something fast and reliable for basic computing needs. The laptop works well, looks good and has many features that most users will need. I've seen a few people complain about the store being "misadvertised" or wrong. It's not like this. The computer has 8 GB installed (4 GB in each slot). If your laptop shows 6GB, it's because the onboard video chip has reserved 2GB for VRAM. This will be redundant for 99% of users, and you can adjust the amount of RAM allocated for video memory in the BIOS. This is very common in laptops and has been for a decade.
