These gloves were delivered on Monday 02/02/2015. That night, in 23 degrees, I went out to put my trash and trash cans at the curb in anticipation of trash pickup the next day. This was the first test of these gloves. After 10 minutes my fingers started getting cold. I definitely expected these gloves to stay warm for more than 10 minutes! I noticed that others claimed their hands were warm in the same cold weather. Well, my palms stayed warm. But to be honest, my goal has always been to find gloves that keep my FINGERS warm. My FINGERS are an important part of my hands and in practice these gloves have been ineffective at retaining any appreciable heat. I cannot in good conscience recommend these gloves.
