Why didn't I think of this years ago? Saved me time and money. I believe in hardwired devices whenever possible to avoid possible interference with WIFI. I changed the location of the TV in the bedroom. The existing cable was not enough. Instead of buying a longer cable and stringing it, I was able to use the shorter cable I already had to extend an already strung cable. Works perfectly.
