Ease of use has 4 stars because the temperature control is under the handle. It's also an on/off button. It is very inconvenient to rotate the dial. My hands are too big so I use my finger and move it from the side. You can't really read the dial either. A different power button would make a difference since I only use one setting. I bought this iron with little expectation. My good cordless iron hadn't been found since we moved in and I needed something to make masks to protect against COVID 19. I just needed something under $20 that worked. I am very impressed. It's lightweight and I haven't had any issues with the cord getting in the way. The bonus is you can steam things while they're hanging. And that's a POWERFUL burst of steam! Powerful and a bit intimidating the first time. My plan was to give it away after finding my wifi. No longer. I'm holding it now.
