nice my opinion
Absolutely gorgeous. There are enough layers on it that it's not completely transparent. It fits well and can be inflated to give it a plumper look. Our daughter is 4ft tall and weighs 44lbs and fits her perfectly. I'm rating it 4 stars because we didn't receive the ribbon/bow that came with it. It was a bummer.

Cons
- The belt was not supplied as advertised for the product and is clearly oversized. Although it is plump, it has volume.
