or for the most part it's a good headset. This allows me to hear ambient sounds and noises well. The downside is that there is no volume control in the earcup. If you are speaking to people and one person is speaking loudly and the other is speaking softly, use the radio to adjust the volume. My 2 Hear headphones have this feature and it works great.
