Came folded and a month later the creases are still showing and makes it look pointy on top. Return window was only 1 month, which seems short compared to other purchases I've made. but regardless, I waited too long to return because I was hoping the creases would fade over time and now it's too late to even get my money back. If your child has a larger head, it may work but my daughter has a small head so it doesn't fill it out enough to hide the crease marks and weird point.
