Review on Insycle by Michael Wiley

The most useful feature is being able to run reports so you can keep track of your customers. It also helps with finding new ways to reach out to people in case they have not been contacted yet by other means (like emailing). For example I am using this software now to find new leads and also see where my contacts are from geographically which gives me an idea about how far away some people live. Nothing really to dislike as it does its job very well. Overall I would say if you want something easy to use then try it! You will like what happens when you start tracking down all those leads.
