Dried and clumpy probably an old product
I've been using this mascara for four years now and they no longer sell it on Ulta and Sephora so I found it here on Amazon. I've ordered it twice from Amazon and unfortunately the last time the mascara felt old and faded. It comes out clumpy and dry, disappointing, and now I think I need to look for an alternative brand and make waterproof mascara.
