I use the full Windsor knot in all my ties. I know how to tie it so the knot doesn't look huge and ridiculously overdone. The material of this tie allows you to adjust it multiple times throughout the day, but it looks beautiful. I don't think you can go wrong for the price, especially if you're using it for a job interview or that rare locker room occasion.
