I was expecting something more solid on my head when I saw they use "Bone Conduction". This technology works by transmitting sound waves to the bones, but they have to go through the skin/hair/etc. wander in order for the sound to be heard and therefore a fairly reliable connection is required. Much more sound can be heard in traditional headphones, but with normal wear and tear. These headphones only really shine when you plug in earplugs or something similar. This brings me to the use cases I mentioned in the title. One use I see is in noisy environments. If you have to wear earplugs every day at work, these headphones are perfect for you! Another use case I see is when you want to listen to music but need to hear your surroundings at the same time. In this case, there is nothing in your ears that prevents you from hearing what is happening around you. Without these two different uses, I wouldn't recommend these headphones. The sound is substandard and the controls are confusing to switch between music from internal storage to Bluetooth. However, if your use case falls under the above, I would highly recommend this product. The controls, which are confusing at first, are probably an acceptable compromise for music you might not otherwise be able to.
