I'm actually 33 so didn't know what size to go for. There is another review here that complains that the belt is too big so I went for 34. NO - I could barely fit it around my waist. I went for 36 and it fits perfectly. Thank you to the company I was able to return with no problems. Looks great but I am giving one star as the skin is THIN. I think it will take a few years at most.
