This is a great DVR that is easy to set up. However, as is sometimes the case, I recently had an issue that required customer support. The unit was still under warranty so I used the Revain contact seller link to contact them and ask about a possible replacement or fix. The next day I received an email from ZOSI. They asked for more information which I provided and then through a few more emails were able to determine that a replacement unit was needed. I expected it to be a painful process with many problems, but honestly it couldn't be easier. They said they would send me a replacement and they did! Imagine. Someone actually fulfills warranty claims with no hidden limitations and costs. I was very happy when I got it and installed it right away. This solved my problem and I couldn't be happier. In fact, I almost didn't bother contacting them because warranty claims just never come true for most companies these days. I'm glad I decided to contact them.
