Review on Winky Lux Uni Brow Universal Eyebrow by Carol Merkley

Excellent eyebrow pencil! I have fair hair and fair skin and have had a hard time finding a good brow pencil and have tried at least a dozen. The Winky Lux Uni-Brow eyebrow pencil comes in one shade that's perfect for everyone. You can use a lighter shade for the day and a darker shade for the evening. It has a thin, pointed tip on one edge and a flatter, broader shape on the other, allowing you to control the width of your brows. It also has a nice spool on the opposite end that's great for mixing and shaping. Both ends have a solid cap. I definitely recommend this eyebrow pencil. Winky Lux also has excellent quality lipsticks and lip glosses in very fun colors.
