These Klipsch T5 II true wireless headphones are just amazing! The sound is great right out of the box. Clear, concise and precise. Not Bass Heavy out of the box, but this can be configured via the Klipsch Connect app. The packaging is impressive and looks and feels premium. The Zippo style case is one of the reasons I bought these headphones and they didn't disappoint! The ones I bought are dark gray brushed metal. They are not too heavy and not too big, just the right size and weight. In this case, my headphones feel very protected. Don't worry about damage if I accidentally drop it. As soon as I put them on my ears, they connect to my phone. There were no pairing issues at all and they were fully charged as told by the voice assistant in both ears. They also had excellent pressure. The fight is very beautiful to my ears. They don't protrude very far from my ears either, rather inconspicuously. They give you 5 more interchangeable ear cups to best fit your ear. You can work out, run or lift weights in it without fear of falling out. I immediately played "Blinding Lights" by The Weekend. The highs and mids were crisp and clear. Low frequencies were full, not muddy. I played a few more tracks, some were pop, some were hip-hop, and they all sounded great. I like a little more bass in my music so I connected my phone and headphones to the Klipsch Connect app and from here I was able to customize them to the type of sound I prefer and I'm impressed. If you like more incisive instrumentals or prefer heavy bass, you can choose the tone that suits you best! Very user-friendly interface in the app. I've taken and made a few calls with the headphones and I love that you can hear the caller on both headphones instead of just one. They don't have noise-cancelling, but you can't hear anything at all except what you're hearing through your headphones. There is an option to turn on "Transparency Mode" by simply pressing the left earcup and you can hear the outside world. This works pretty well. Another tap on the left earbud and the "Transparency Mode" will be disabled again. I like how you have to tap the earcup instead of the touch option. All tap functions work great (play, next track, volume, answer calls, etc.) and are easy to accomplish with minimal effort or finding the area to press. I haven't had them long enough to speak about battery life. I will update this review in a few weeks. At the moment I am very happy that I got my Apple Airpod Pro back and have been waiting for the release. For me, these Klipsch T5 II true wireless headphones are without a doubt the best headphones I've ever owned. Bravo!
