These blue light blocking glasses are an overall great product. It comes with a small blue light and a test card so you can see the results for yourself. I have included photos of the test card with the blue light activated (about 5 seconds of blue light capture) as well as a photo of the blue light card behind the glasses exposed to the light for the same amount of time. When the card was held up to the lenses and the blue light activated, the glasses blocked the light from passing through them. I work in retail and our checkouts are computers and I've generally had less problems with headaches and eyestrain after three days of work. They offer protection against blue light. The overall cost is fantastic value as you get 5 pairs of glasses for the price quoted. The glasses are a bit thin and don't quite fit me (I usually wear children's glasses as I have a small head) so I had to constantly adjust them to get them to fit my face properly. They were a bit bulky for me, but otherwise I recommend these glasses because they absolutely meet their requirements. I wish they were kid sized too because then they would get almost a perfect score.
