The ability to create custom forms that are easy enough to use but detailed when needed is great! We have been able solve some of our problems with terms & conditions issues related to customer data, service levels etc without having an in-house policy writer/manager who could get it done quickly - we now simply ask them if they can do something similar before contacting another member team (e.g., marketing). Also being at such short notice was useful as I had no time to prepare myself fully beforehand which helped me learn how best to present my thoughts so there were less questions back from their side afterwards regarding what should be included where. As mentioned above this has also enabled us not spend too much money upfront by getting someone through training first. This software allows you set up templates easily allowing others within different departments across multiple sites / platforms access very simple via browser only rather than downloading files then uploading again into wordpress editor etc.
