I bought 3 of them, one each for me, my husband and my child. In the beginning the air tubes worked perfectly. They weren't very comfortable and kept falling out of my ears, but the sound quality was good. However, less than two months after using one of the headphones, the microphone started making a loud buzzing noise. I couldn't hear the buzz on my end, but everyone I spoke to on the other end of the line heard a loud buzz and could no longer hear my voice. Before purchasing this device, I used an old Kinden air hose. Headphones that have served me for 3 years. It was a lot cheaper than this version. However, this model no longer works. I can no longer use this for calls and online meetings because the buzzing doesn't stop when I use my headphones. Very frustrating. Revain Customer Service can do a lot (ie nothing). What a waste of money!
