Beautiful, brighter than a traditional salt lamp

They are so beautiful I put them in my hallways and they are perfect for night lighting. When I first plugged them in I was surprised at how bright they are, but that makes sense because they use the same bulb as my large salt lamps but with less salt around them. I've always disliked night lights as I like to sleep in pitch black nights but now that I have 3 young children and my parents come to visit every now and then they need light to go to the toilet at night etc and that is the first lighting that doesn't bother me. at night (mainly salt lamps as they have a beautiful amber light). My only issue was that they burned out very quickly, maybe after 2 months, the first thing that burned out I attributed to my toddler who was constantly (and often successfully) trying to remove the salt cover and use it as salt. Sigh they were all moved to a higher level but the second one that burned out never broke down which made me think they weren't the right force. They're also pretty heavy, falling right out of old sockets. Overall I am very happy with its looks, the soft glow and of course the benefits of a salt lamp.
