Most important feature of irp would be its ability to find alternate route to destination when primary link goes down or becomes unavailable due too many users connected with it.

Some minor improvement required in terms user friendly experience (ie) search option should have been there so that we can easily locate an issue / problem faced by our customer even if they dont post same issue/problem online. Best product i had used till now but not sure how well this competes against other products out here which has more features than noction does. In general using it helps us solving routing problems where clients cannot access their server from outside world because of internet connection issues etc.
