I'm 1.70-180lbs and usually wear a size L and ordered a size L. It's more form-fitting - not skin tight, but tighter than I'd like to say. I have larger shoulders and arms than most women due to CrossFit and it's quite tight in those areas. the rest is less than I would like but it's still flattering. It's not fat at all lol - don't buy for warmth. but it looks classy and goes well with a black sweater. I still wear it 1-2 times a week. I don't usually have chest tightness, but I would say that if you have larger breasts, it gets tight too. I'm 36C and again it fits my chest snugly.
