I bought this belt and a number of other Bianchi belts as Christmas gifts for family members. Bianchi makes the best belts money can buy. The leather is high quality and the workmanship is first class. I've worn it for over twenty years and it still looks great. No stretch. No sag. I have replaced all the buckles with a discontinued Tony Lama government stamped buckle that does not require the belt to be angled around the edge of the buckle like Bianchi does. Made of durable yellow brass, the Bianchi buckle will not wear out, but flexes on the sides in a way that stresses the sides of the belt when pulled taut. This is a poor design and Bianchi should have changed the design so that the front bar crosses the front surface at right angles to the sides so the entire surface of the strap comes in contact with the buckle and thus spreads the load. Span across the width of the belt. The type of buckle I prefer has a slightly convex, plate-like surface with a short hook inside that hooks into a belt hole and is held there by the tension of the belt, which does its job of holding up your pants or holster to support. The family member who received this belt and buckle is happy and that makes me happy.
