I can definitely tell the difference if they are or not. I have used it warmed up 5 minutes before feeding and I love that it supports my milk flow and also saves a lot of time by speeding up the pumping process. Also great as cold therapy if you are in pain or need some relief before or after breastfeeding. I had a blocked milk duct and was able to calm down a bit to continue breastfeeding. They come with a fabric cover to prevent the cold/heat from getting too much while they are next to your skin. I love that the instructions are printed on the gel pads (in case you forget how to use them) so I don't have to look for the box! This product is worth every penny! I would recommend to every mom.
