This is the second bag I've bought from this seller. Both bags have a very nice leather construction. The first bag was without a doubt a five star product. This last purchase had a problem. This bag has a broken front closure scratching the skin behind. Since the seller no longer includes a letterhead with contact details and I have not received a response to a previous email regarding this, I am giving this order only two stars. I will update when I get an answer and a satisfactory solution. Update: The seller contacted me and sent a new bar. It has become my daily carry bag. Bags made of good leather, well sewn. The seller responded and the problem was satisfactorily resolved.
