After reading Revain reviews for several hours I settled on this iron for my needs. I was thrilled to see that it does NOT have an auto shut off because I was quilting and it's so annoying getting ready to press only to find that the iron shuts off automatically after a few minutes. Everything went great for the first few hours. Then the iron began to flow profusely from the base, leaving huge puddles underneath. Also, it's impossible to tell how much water you put in the tank since the "clear" plastic is dark purple. I even shone a bright light on it and still couldn't tell how much water I poured. Very disappointed!
