Review on ULTRAIDEAS Men'S Moccasin Slippers: Memory Foam Insole, Faux Sherpa Lining & Nonslip Rubber Sole For Indoor/Outdoor Use by Paul Newton

Not bad at all! on my review.

I just want to start by saying this review is just about first impression after unwrapping and trying them on for the first time so I won't be able to give a review as to how long the quality lasts. Also, I bought these to be worn STRICTLY in the house as I have hardwood flooring and during the winter time that can get a bit chilly for my feet and when my feet get cold I will almost surely catch a cold! Lastly, I have lived in New Jersey (-10 is the coldest I've experienced) there and now living in Southern California (45 degrees is the coldest I've experienced). So hopefully this review will help those who may be on one end of the cold spectrum or somewhere in between.Packaging: They don't come in a box they arrive in a clear plastic bag which is inside of your typical amazon, greyish, rectangular looking packaging bag. Mine came in great shape! No damage whatsoever!Material Quality: Great so far! The bottom of the slippers are made of a firm to hard rubber material. Inside is made of Faux fur lining which feels great! The sole feels like there might also be some memory foam underneath the faux fur lining which added some extra comfort/support for the soles of your feet.Size: In shoes I wear a 10.5 in mens (U.S.) with an average side width. I ordered a 11-12 because I wanted to have the option to wear socks inside of these slippers if I wanted or not. I've tried wearing them barefooted on the first day and it feels great. They don't feel huge at all. Actually they felt more like an 11-11.5 worn barefooted, but that's most likely due to all the stuffing/memory foam and because they haven't been broken in yet.Weather: As I stated early having lived in New Jersey and suffered the negative degree wind chills (-10 is the coldest I've experienced) there and now living in southern California (45 degrees is the coldest I've experienced) I would say that these (so far) would make a great winter (around the house) slippers for folks on either end of the cold spectrum or somewhere in between. Again, I bought these with the sole purpose of wearing INSIDE the house. I think the life expectancy of these would definitely be shortened by wearing these outside (especially if you're the type to drag your feet while wearing slippers when you walk *I'm guilty*).Overall review: These are worth the try if your somebody that deals with cold feet and want to keep those bad boys as warm as possible. Oh yeah, if you're the type to get sweaty feet quickly then these may or may not be for you? They are slippers so the back of the slipper is open which could help in getting some air in there but with all the faux fur and cushioning lining the slipper your feet may still get a bit sweaty. But it's still worth a try. If it doesn't work for you then just return it. :)
