Well, for the price it could be better.
I was very glad I ordered this backpack for my 3 year old and have actually continued to order it despite the negative reviews .However, when I received the backpack, I am very disappointed with the quality. It is very thin, small and the straps are not stuffed. So I saw that they are uncomfortable, you can't put a coloring book or folder in them, maybe just a few little things.
