I was so excited to receive and assemble this product to find that it doesn't even move. I've tried everything, changed batteries, recharged the battery just in case. The remote tells me to move to point a, so I followed the instructions and did it, but no movement, then I said move to your point b, and I did it, but no movement. So I said maybe it shouldn't be movement but it would be weird if it wasn't because at this point I really don't understand where my point a or b is due to the lack of movement. I continue to live in motion and fix all my personal settings and speed and when I start it no motion, I've done it more than 20 times and still can't say anything my expectations were really high disappointed if not say more .
