Totally Wrong Size Listing

I ordered a pair. The listing says 'Men' so they will be ordered in a smaller size to fit the women's size. Women's shoes sent in this size. Too small. I reordered 3 pairs in women's sizes because I was traveling and needed them. Cart checked. Lettering "Merrell Womens J033884 HYDROTREKKER SYN SHANDAL, brindle, 9 US" plus 2 additional sizes/colors. Big! Right measurements I thought. The order arrived with women 5.5, 6, 6.5. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Now I have to return 4 pairs. None of what I ordered.
